Help Us Improve: Bug Reporting

We've built an easy way for you to report issues directly from the app.

Step 1

Enable Bug Reporting

Open the app and go to Profile → Settings. Toggle on "Bug Reporting".

Step 2

Tap the Bug Button

Once enabled, you'll see a 🐞 bug button in the navigation bar. Tap it whenever you encounter an issue.

Step 3

Fill Out the Form

Describe the issue with a title and details. A screenshot is captured automatically! Select the category and priority, then submit.

📸 Automatic Screenshots: When you open the bug report form, we automatically capture a screenshot of what you were looking at. This helps our team understand the issue better!
🔒 Private & Secure: Your bug reports go directly to our admin team. Only authorized team members can view them.

How do I install the beta?

Simply tap the "Join via TestFlight" button above. Make sure you have the TestFlight app installed from the App Store first.

What happens to my data?

Your data is safe! The beta uses the same backend as the production app. However, we recommend not relying solely on beta versions for critical data.

How long is the beta period?

Beta testing is ongoing as we continuously improve the app. You can test new features before they reach the App Store.

Can I switch back to the App Store version?

Yes! You can delete the beta from TestFlight and reinstall from the App Store at any time. Your data will remain intact.

Who can see my bug reports?

Only authorized Ohh Foodies team members can view bug reports. They are not public and are used solely to improve the app.

How do I provide general feedback?

Use the feedback form below! For specific bugs, please use the in-app bug reporting feature for faster resolution.
